Usages:

This formula is for the relief of colitis, and should be used in conjunction with the lower bowel formula Lower Bowel and the Dr. John R. Christophers "Mucusless Diet".

Dosages:

To make tea, take one teaspoon in a cup of distilled water.

Ingredients:

marshmallow
slippery elm
comfrey root
lobelia
ginger
wild yam
